HOW DO I CARE FOR MY 437 SUIT?

 

Properly caring for your swimwear is important to keep it looking great. The following list describes the best practices for caring for your swimwear to make sure it is looking its best and prolonging its life.

  • Hand wash your suit in cold soapy water and rinse in cold water. Do NOT iron.
  • Lay flat out of direct sunlight to dry.
  • Make sure that all sand is removed from garment after leaving the beach.
  • Store in a dry place with access to airflow.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY SUIT TO ARRIVE?

 

Depending on where in the world you are from, it will probably take 3-4 weeks to arrive at your home. However, because the suits are custom made overseas, there are occasionally unforeseeable delays that result in longer shipping times. If you still have not received your order after 6 weeks, please drop us an email and we will send you a sweet treat to tide you over!

 

HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?

 

Each suit style varies slightly in sizing, check the description of the one you are interested in to find out if it fits true to size, or runs large/small. Please note that there is often a 1-2 cm variation in the size of our suits. To see more detailed sizing information, check out our sizing chart below. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

437 SWIMWEAR has a strict return policy so please choose your suit and size carefully to avoid any mis-orders.  Under Canadian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns on intimate products (which include swimwear, lingerie, etc.) because of sanitary reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience, if you need assistance finding your perfect size, please contact us.

 

WHAT IF MY SUIT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR NOT LIKE THE PHOTOS?


If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please do not wear it, and email us at info@437swimwear.com ASAP! We will get in touch with you to see what the issue is and issue you a full refund if applicable.

 

HOW DID YOU DECIDE ON YOUR PRODUCT PACKAGING?


Our packaging is currently very simple because we have not been able to find a cost effective way to integrate our personalized packaging, and at this point, we think it is more important to get our customers their bathing suits for a good price rather than increase prices to accommodate our packaging costs. We are currently looking into alternative packaging options, and hope to put more of a personal touch on every bathing suit we send out.  

 

IS THE FITNESS PLAN FINAL SALE? WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM?


The 437 Fitness Plan is final sale. This is because there is no "returning" of the ebook after you have been sent the intellectual property. You will need a gym for this fitness plan. Please ensure that you ask all the necessary questions regarding the ebook prior to purchasing it.
