RETURN  POLICY

437 SWIMWEAR will gladly issue store credit for suit exchanges, or process refunds for full-priced suit returns. Simply let us know by emailing us at info@437swimwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We stand behind all our products and want to make sure you find your perfect 437 suit!

No returns or exchanges are made for orders marked as FINAL SALE (black friday, cyber Monday, etc.). Email us, DM us, chat us. We will help you find your perfect size!

Refunds are only valid for full-priced purchases only. If any promo code is used, the suit can only be exchanged for store credit, not a full-refund. 

Want to return your full-priced suit?

  1. Email us (info@437swimwear.com) within 7 days of receiving your suit letting us know you want to return it. We will provide you with the return address.
  2. Send us your unworn suit  
  3. Once we receive your suit and confirm that it is in original condition, we will issue a refund and send you a confirmation email - that simple!

     

Want to exchange your suit? 

  1. Email us (info@437swimwear.com) within 7 days of receiving your suit letting us know you want to return it. We will provide you with the return address.
  2. Send us your unworn suit  
  3. Once we receive your suit and confirm that it is in original condition, we will issue store credit and send you a confirmation email - that simple!

 

Please note..

  • 437 SWIMWEAR will gladly accept swimsuits that are unwashed and unworn and undamaged (no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
  • Items on sale may be returned unless they were stated as FINAL SALE. Final sale items may not be returned, exchanged or redeemed for store credit at any time.
  • Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be exchanged and will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties. 437 is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. A link that may help calculate how much you will be charged for customs depending on your country is dutycalculator.com. Please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays.

 

SHIPPING 

Please see check-out for the specific rate to your location. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. All orders come with full tracking. Please keep an eye out for estimated delivery dates through the tracking. Once the suit arrives and is confirmed by the shipping carrier that is has been delivered, we are not responsible for the loss or theft of your package.
